Privacy Policy

Information you give us. When you request a quote through our contact form or quote questionnaire, we collect your name, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in, and any project details you choose to share. We also receive whatever you send us when you call or email us directly.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our site, Google Analytics and Google Ads use cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as the pages you view, how long you stay, the site or ad that referred you, your browser and device type, your IP address, and your approximate location (derived from your IP address).

• To respond to your inquiry, prepare an estimate, and schedule and complete your project.
• To follow up about your quote, project, or warranty.
• To understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it.
• To measure how well our advertising works, for example by recording when someone who clicked one of our ads submits a quote request or taps our phone number.
• To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing. We share it only in these cases:

• Service providers. Quote requests are delivered to our inbox through an email delivery provider (Resend). Google provides our analytics and advertising tools. These providers process information on our behalf.
• Legal reasons. When required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Acrylic Valley LLC, our customers, or others.
• Business transfers. If our business is sold or reorganized, customer information may transfer to the new owner.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand site traffic and Google Ads to run and measure our advertising. Google may use the information these tools collect to show our ads to people who have previously visited our site. You can learn more in how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

You can limit this tracking at any time:

• Manage ad personalization at Google Ad Settings.
• Install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Our site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

We keep quote requests and customer records for as long as needed to serve you, honor our workmanship warranty, and meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings.

Our site is served over encrypted HTTPS connections, and we limit access to customer information to the people who need it to do their jobs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing jason@acrylicvalley.com. We may need to keep some information where the law requires it or to honor an active warranty.

Our site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version here and update the effective date above.
